I wanted to get into a field that allows and rewards creative thinking and strategizing. In digital marketing, being creative and an out-of-the-box thinker is incredibly valuable as I strive to make each of our clients stand out against competitors.
The people and the emphasis on the importance of design. The people here genuinely care about each other and strive to do their best work, while also learning and growing. The amount of respect and excitement NorthWing has for design has been incredibly welcoming.
