Some of my favorite things are cooking and baking, traveling, and live music. At one point, I had been to every craft brewery in the state of Minnesota!
I originally came from the event planning world, which has a lot of crossover with the skills you need in digital marketing, and found it was a great fit. I enjoyed events because I got to help others succeed, and now I can help others succeed in a new way.
We foster an environment where everyone can be heard, everyone’s goals are taken into consideration, and there is always room to explore new ideas. I’ve never been a part of an organization that has been so transparent and committed to their core values and mission.
Better Together. It’s the one I see practiced by the team day-to-day and makes everything else that much easier for everyone. Whether it’s an internal initiative or something for a client, we find a way to make it happen and help each other succeed.
