Web Team Lead
- Lead and mentor the web team including developers, project managers, and designers while overseeing contract resources. Conduct regular performance reviews aligned with EOS practices and manage capacity planning to meet profitability targets.
- Build and document internal processes for web project delivery, QA, and handoff. Develop frameworks for scoping and estimating while implementing systems for coding standards and design consistency.
- Serve as primary architect for new web builds, defining scalable WordPress architecture and overseeing CRM integrations. Guide decisions on hosting, plugins, custom functionality, and when to use Shopify or hybrid solutions.
- Partner with account managers to align web solutions with client goals while defining NorthWing's web standards for UX, SEO, and conversion optimization. Champion AI tool integration and stay ahead of industry trends in design, development, and automation.
- Review and approve project scopes, timelines, and budgets while supporting sales teams in scoping new opportunities. Troubleshoot in-progress projects and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous QA processes and technical reviews.
Web Project Manager
- Lead website projects from discovery through launch, creating scopes, timelines, and budgets while coordinating across teams and reporting status proactively.
- Serve as primary client contact, translating goals into actionable steps and maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and results.
- Conduct comprehensive QA reviews testing functionality, design, accessibility, and performance while collaborating with teams to resolve issues and refine processes.
- Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with leadership to refine standards while contributing to EOS metrics for delivery, satisfaction, and profitability.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist
