What Inspired You to Get Into Digital Marketing?
I wanted to get into a field that allows and rewards creative thinking and strategizing. In digital marketing, being creative and an out-of-the-box thinker is incredibly valuable as I strive to make each of our clients stand out against competitors.
What is Your Favorite Thing About Working At NorthWing Digital?
The people and the emphasis on the importance of design. The people here genuinely care about each other and strive to do their best work, while also learning and growing. The amount of respect and excitement NorthWing has for design has been incredibly welcoming.
What is Your Favorite NorthWing Digital Core Value and Why?
Trust Through Transparency is huge for me. I appreciate NWD’s initiative to keep nothing from the clients or the team. Full transparency allows us to quickly address any issues that may arise instead of sweeping them under the rug.
