I’ve been in digital marketing since it was called electronic marketing. I had met an electron with a huge vocabulary. I helped them get the word out.
This team has an embarrassment of riches. I especially value its respect for clear thinking and collaboration. At NorthWing, both strategy and morale are well attended to—and there’s an easy generosity in how people share what they know. It’s rare to find a team this capable and this unguarded.
I don’t have a favorite, but not because I’m copping out: all four of our core values (Be Curious, Better Together, Trust Through Transparency, and Get Stuff Done) are facets of the same philosophical diamond. Taken as whole, they bear a striking resemblance to dharma (Buddhism), or wu wei (Taoism). You could say I try to practice our values religiously.
